Useful information
For your safety and privacy, access to the hotel courtyard is by calling the intercom on the left side of the small gate. If you want to drive out of the hotel courtyard, let the reception know to open the gate.
Accommodation is made starting with 15.00. Depending on availability, the room can be picked up even earlier. At the time of accommodation, the guest has the obligation to present his identity card with the picture. If he does not have an identity card, the accommodation cannot be made. The receptionist has the right to refuse accommodation to the guest without giving a reason for refusal.
Breakfast is served in the Restaurant between 07.30 - 10.30. The restaurant is located on the ground floor of the hotel. If you suffer from food allergies or intolerances, please notify the receptionist or waiter.
The release of the room at the end of the stay is made at 12.00 on the day of departure. If you want to keep the room longer, contact the Reception. This is possible depending on the availability of the hotel and the collection of an additional fee.
